Shipping & Returns

Our warehouse is based in Smeaton Grange NSW South West Sydney.

We ship orders Australia wide from Monday to Friday, we do not ship weekends and NSW public holidays.

Shipping fees are not included in pricing and are calculated at checkout.

Standard and Express Shipping orders placed before 12pm Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day with Australia Post.

Star Track Express Orders placed before 9am Monday – Friday will be shipped same day.

Couriers Please Orders placed Monday – Friday will be shipped the following business day.

Local Pickup (Smeaton Grange NSW) – only choose this option if you are picking up from our factory. We will send you an email when goods are ready for collection. Pickup is only available Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm. We are not open weekends and NSW public holidays.

Should you choose Local Pickup by mistake we will cancel order and refund your money. Refunds take up to 2 business days to return into your account. We will contact you via email or phone stating this and will need to place a new order with a shipping option.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email providing you with a tracking number.

Should your order be URGENT please contact us on 1300 55 99 80 before placing order to get an estimated ETA.

Please note that Express Shipping and Star Track Express are not guaranteed next day delivery but are quicker options than Standard Shipping. Time frame for most metro areas are usually 1-2 business days except for Western Australia and Northern Territory.

Standard Shipping Guides ETA

Metro Areas: 3 – 7 business Days

Regional Areas: 5 – 8 Business Days

Remote Areas: 7 – 9 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for any delay, late delivery, or failure to deliver.

Returns

All returns must be authorised and approved by Fun Party Food before sending back. If you are sending items back because you have made a mistake or have changed your mind when ordering, we will only refund you for the purchase of the goods. Postage charges to and from are at the buyer’s expense.

All returns must have a valid tracking number as we will not issue a refund until we have the returned goods.

If Fun Party Food have made a picking error and have sent the wrong items, the customer needs to notify us at hello@funpartyfood.com.au within 48 hours of receiving goods. Fun Party Food will rectify the issue at our cost.

We CANNOT refund for any OPENED food products unless the product is faulty.

Any faults/damages must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of receiving the goods and a photo of any package tampering claims or packaging faults must be emailed to hello@funpartyfood.com.au within 48-hour time period upon receipt of goods.

Freight Damage

If the parcel has any dings, creases, holes, punctures or doesn’t seem right, this needs to be reported to the freight company before signing for. If the parcel/s have been left ATL, please make note of all damage that you see. Take pictures within 48 hours and send to hello@funpartyfood.com.au. We will lodge an investigation with the freight company to seek insurance. Fun Party Food is not responsible for damaged freight.

If the item you ordered is completely damaged, refuse the shipment.
